The Cynical Sage says "Didja ever think of these?"

One want's to remember that the people who advertise a product are not those that make it, they've just been contracted to sell it so  little exaggerations and distortions of fact creep in, not enough to flag the bunco squad just enough to ensure they get the ad contract.. Therefore it is not prudent to fully believe any advert, anywhere! I mean, if somethings good enough it'll sell itself by its quality and/or price

Secondly ask yourself this question, be provably truthful in your answer, too. When and what have you ever bought as a DIRECT result of a TV ad. I can honestly say that not only I but no one else I know has ever bought anything as a result of an advertisement on the television!

Ads sucker you in and they're very clever at it too. Ask yourself do you really need an HD 3d TV when they have already succeeded in an experiment with holographic viewing!!
